Any stockist or retailer with valid KYC (GST/PAN and drug license number) can place orders on Davai.

Davai accepts almost all modes of payment, including bank transfers (IMPS, NEFT and RTGS), credit and debit cards, UPI, Net banking and most digital wallets like PayTM.

Our team is continuously monitoring all orders and most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received before 11am are usually dispatched on the same day whereas orders received after 6pm are usually dispatched on the next working day.

Your orders are placed directly with verified manufacturers and so all your purchases on Davai are guaranteed to be genuine. Davai DOES NOT hold inventory or stock goods and so you can rest assured that you are buying directly from the manufacturers.
